Remodeling of interior space in an existing building for new Hotel with 96 guest-rooms, restaurant, banquet rooms, meeting room and gym. Work included new finishes, new floor-to-ceiling windows, electromechanical up-grade, structural repair, new poolside lounge, infinity pool and outdoor bar.
